Then they made the Mix with Peruvian producers and chefs, making this fair a great success since the first edition, a success that only grows every year. Today is one of the biggest events of its kind, with criticism of the most recognized chefs on the planet.


In the 2018 edition, Mistura will pay tribute to the Andean grains, which will be offered to visitors in their most varied forms of dishes. It is the gathering of restaurants, bars, taverns and food trucks in a space with 14 streets and avenues, that is, a mega event with food and snacks from the most traditional, through the artisanal, to the most sophisticated.


The fair also offers mini-courses with Peruvian and Andean cooking classes so that the visitor knows the ingredients and learns to prepare the best known dishes.


It is an event that consolidated Peruvian cuisine with its various presentations on sweets, savory and drinks. You can say that this festival is the most delicious there is!


The most typical Peruvian dishes will be presented at the fair, some with a gourmet variant to taste novelties. Famous Peruvian grilled chicken, marinated pork and pork rinds sandwiches will be served as fast food.


In addition, a succession of dishes such as ceviche, a mixture of Peruvian and Oriental culture, serves white meat marinated with lemon, seasoned with pepper and onion. It is already prepared worldwide with very tasty variations!
